Introduction

Gunung Tahan (2,187m) is the highest peak in Peninsular Malaysia. Its terrain is both breathtaking to the eyes and challenging to the mind and physique. A definite challenge for the rugged and the fit. The ascending and descending of this magnificent creation, is a territory the bold are driven to conquer.

Claim this extraordinary experience by committing to crossing rivers, long distance hiking and camping for several nights under the open skies. Make this an experience of your lifetime. Gunung Tahan, 32km from Kuala Juram, Sg Relau, Merapoh and is 53km from Kampung Kuala Tahan. The trail is demanding but we assure you, it’ll be a fulfilling journey.

This package starts in Merapoh, Kuala Lipis, Pahang and ends in Kuala Tahan, Jerantut Pahang (about 300km from the road). You need to plan your trip over, either self-drive or engage other transportation means such as the train, taxi or public bus. You’ll need to equally plan your means of transportation for departure upon completing your excursion with us. We highly recommend you arrive a day (at least) before you begin your excursion and have enough rest before the climb.
